The Founder and Leader.

Sally Burleigh has been a familiar face and name in Australia’s media and public relations sector for over 20 years.  Commencing her media and communications under Ita Buttrose, Sally’s career trajectory was swift taking her on to London, New York and Asia before returning to Australia to launch The Lifestyle Channel, Channel V, Arena, Nickelodeon and the Discovery Channel.

Sally’s work in multi-media, personality, travel, lifestyle, food and wine PR has since set the foundation for an extensive and highly engaged agency remit. Since Agency B&Co (ex-SBPR) launched 20 years ago, Sally has built a dynamic working team with three key divisions in the business: Lifestyle, Travel, Food & Wine; Fashion & Design; Arts & Entertainment. 

Her hands on management style and work ethic is something that clients have come to rely on. Into this mix has seen the agency work with major celebrities from Oprah Winfrey and Jamie Oliver, to Elle Macpherson, Joe Jonas and The Veronicas, to Michael Clarke and Ian Thorpe.

Sally has also aided in fundraising support and committee work on a number of foundations including the YWCA, The Loyal Foundation, The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust, and in 2019 she continued her support of the Sydney Dance Company as they celebrated their 50 Years.

As a key stakeholder in the Fashion Department, Chelsea has built strong and meaningful relationships with relevant media and influencers while managing a successful working showroom.

Chelsea has a deep love for fashion working across all fashion brands including COS, MAVI, Luxe Deluxe, Jan Logan, Sleeping With Jacques and Tutu du Monde as well as supporting senior team members on lifestyle clients Sydney Dance Company, Women in Hospitality and Bangalay Luxury Villas to execute their strategies and events.

Chelsea has a passion for social media and creates content and manages the accounts of Agency B&Co and Women in Hospitality with a proven track record of boosting followers and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Lauren Pendergast

Account Manager

Lauren is a qualified PR and Communications Manager with seven year’s experience within the communications industry. Lauren’s love for great brand stories and creating meaningful content drives her ambition to be a part of this industry. Lauren works well in dynamic, fast paced, people- centric environments, having worked across both international and local brands such as LOEWE, Sephora Australia and bassike.

Lauren has a proven track record for developing and executing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, loyalty and revenue through best in class media, public relations and influencer engagement.

Fiona King

Brand, Content & Digital Strategist

Fiona King has extensive experience in media and communications that has seen her direct the launches of Australia’s leading brands and increase the profile of international brands in Australia and New Zealand.

By harnessing the power of data, technology and ideas, Fi delivered the high profile Rebel Wilson campaign to launch Stan in Australia, and recently created a successful consumer direct content campaign to build awareness for Travel Portland, Oregon in the Oceania market, curating the ultimate collaboration with The Bondi Hipsters, Future Film Makers of America (“Portlandia” Production crew), and Flight Centre.

Fi has worked and consulted to leading media and lifestyle brands including Solotel Group (Barangaroo House, North Bondi Fish, Opera Bar), Foxtel, Nine Entertainment Company, 20th Century Fox, ACP, Pacific Magazines, Hamilton Island, Sephora, Missguided, Travel Portland, Australian Museum and the ABC.
