The Founder and Leader.

Sally Burleigh has been a familiar face & name in Australia’s media & public relations sector for over 20 years. Commencing her media & communications under Ita Buttrose, Sally’s career trajectory was swift taking her on to London, NY and Asia before returning to Australia to launch The Lifestyle Channel, Channel V, Arena, Nickelodeon & the Discovery Channel.

Sally’s work in multi-media, personality, travel, lifestyle plus food/wine PR has since set the foundation for an extensive & highly engaged agency remit. Since Agency B&Co (ex-SBPR) launched 20 years ago, Sally has built a dynamic working team with three key divisions in the business: Lifestyle, Travel, Food & Wine; Fashion & Design; Arts & Entertainment.

Her hands on management style & work ethic is something that clients have come to rely on. Into this mix has seen the agency work with major celebrities from Oprah Winfrey & Jamie Oliver, to Elle Macpherson, Joe Jonas and The Veronicas, to Michael Clarke & Ian Thorpe!

Sally has also aided in fundraising support and committee work on a number of foundations including the YWCA, The Loyal Foundation, The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust, and in 2019 she continues her support of the Sydney Dance Company as they celebrate their 50 Years.

Senior Account Manager – Lifestyle

Ashleigh Airlie is a communications expert who has built her career specialising in lifestyle and hospitality brands with Cru Media, Frank PR and We Are Example before joining Agency B&Co.

A focused and determined team member with strong leadership qualities, Ashleigh is a highly accountable team player. She is also a strategic thinker who strives to achieve the best results possible for a client.

Ashleigh has worked on corporate, travel and lifestyle accounts including: Reckitt Benckiser, Club Med, Melbourne Airport, Taste of Sydney, Crone Architects, Mirvac, Royal Carribbean Cruises, TFE Hotels and Deliveroo.

Pip Connelly

Senior Account Manager – Fashion

With 20 years experience in both agency and in- house fashion and food communications and marketing Pip has been at the forefront of the changing media and retail landscape and embraced them through her love of research and thoughtful conversations with an array of key industry players. Despite such changes Pip maintains that highlighting brand personality and the power of the right copy can bring any brand to life and conquer any medium.

Previous fashion clients serviced include By Charlotte, Luxottica, Free People, Mavi, Bec&Bridge, Ginger and Smart, MYER, David Jones, Shona Joy and Coco Ribbon. Food clients include Sydney Craft Beer Week, ARIA, Duke Bistro and Monopole.

At Agency B&Co Pip leads on accounts including COS, MAVI, Luxe Deluxe and Sleeping With Jacques.

Kimberley Di Paola

Account Executive

Kimberley Di Paola is an Account Executive specialising in hospitality and lifestyle communications.

During her time at AgencyB&Co, Kimberley has worked with some of Sydney’s best dining venues including China Doll, China Lane, District Brasserie, Mercado and Bacco.

She is currently working on the agency’s biggest accounts including Sofitel Darling Harbour, Central Park Mall, Sydney Airport and Infinity Pacific.

Kimberley has developed a strong passion and understanding of the hospitality landscape and strives to achieve the best possible results for a client.

Georgie Vishney

Fashion Account Coordinator

As a key stakeholder in the Fashion, Design and Beauty Department, Georgie has built strong and meaningful relationships with relevant media and influencers while managing a successful working showroom. Georgie works across all fashion brands including COS, MAVI, Luxe Deluxe, Jan Logan and Sleeping With Jacques and Sydney Dance Company to execute their strategies and events.

Georgie has a passion for social media, creating content for and managing all of AgencyB&Co’s social media channels, as well as boosting followers across all platforms.

Fiona King

Brand, Content & Digital Strategist

Fiona King has extensive experience in media and communications that has seen her direct the launches of Australia’s leading brands and increase the profile of international brands in Australia and NZ.

By harnessing the power of data, technology and ideas, Fi delivered the high profile Rebel Wilson campaign to launch Stan in Australia, and recently created a successful consumer direct content campaign to build awareness for Travel Portland, Oregon in the Oceania market, curating the ultimate collaboration with The Bondi Hipsters, Future Film Makers of America (“Portlandia” Production crew), and Flight Centre.

Fi loves to help brands connect with their audiences by understanding why they do what they do, and creating ideas that drive engagement via clear communications in multi-platform environments.

Fi has worked and consulted to leading media and lifestyle brands including Solotel Group (Barangaroo House, North Bondi Fish, Opera Bar), Foxtel, Nine Entertainment Company, 20th Century Fox, ACP, Pacific Magazines, Hamilton Island, Sephora, Missguided, Travel Portland, Australian Museum and the ABC.
