Re-launch Bibo Wine Bar in Doubly Bay to the market by announcing their third birthday, new seven-day trading hours and the introduction of a daily Aperitivo menu. Re-engage with media and Double Bay locals creating buzz , driving awareness through increased bookings across the public and private dining areas.
The Solution / The Idea:
We launched the campaign with an intimate private birthday celebration inviting key lifestyle and food and wine media. The menu consisted of classics and new dishes highlighting the transformation of Bibo over the years. With the launch of Aperitivo hour we also hosted smaller groups for Aperitivo hour during the campaign. Reviews and profile pieces on the back of the three years of trading were also imperative to the campaigns success.
Getting media excited about a product that is no longer new can be a challenge as new venues open frequently across Sydney and cut through can be difficult.
