Securing guest attendance of 700 decedents, pioneers, government dignitaries, current employees, key stakeholders, partnering airlines and businesses, key media and influential people who frequent the terminals of Sydney Airport. Finding a suitable venue and logistics through security were important to ensure the airport could trade as usual but was still exceptional and memorable for guests.
AgencyB&Co partnered with event company, Thomson Street. Together with Thomson Street, AgencyB&Co brokered deals across event infrastructure and logistics, AV, food, beverage, gifting and entertainment, ensuring the event was of the highest calibre.
We brokered a partnership with Melissa Doyle to MC the event and had the Sydney Symphony Orchestra playing.
